We use Royal Mail to deliver our products. Postage rates for the UK are charged as follows.

£2.95 for orders under £15
£5.00 for orders over £15 upto £50
£6.50 for orders over £50 upto £100
£8.50 for orders over £100

We can only despatch goods to the shipping address specified on your order account.

Please allow 2-3 days for lighter items and up to five days for larger items. If at any point we think that we will take longer than this, we will inform you as soon as possible. We can offer Special next day delivery. Please call us on 01253 788001 so this can be arranged for a charge.

Returns
Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within seven days of delivery. Should you choose to cancel your order you can return the goods, at your own expense and receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. As soon as we receive notification that an order is to be cancelled we will refund the relevant parts of your order when we receive the goods from you.

Notification of faulty goods should be made within seven days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Under this warranty we will replace or issue credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Where goods are found to be faulty the cost of the goods and postage will be refunded.

Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.

All goods returned are at the senders expense. A refund of shipping costs will only be considered if the return is a result of our error.

If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit, and send it to
